Cheese rectangles
1/2-inch thick and 1-inch long.
Cut chilies
2 strips and wrap around the cheese, securing with a toothpick or I leave the chilies whole and stuff the cheese, cut at an angle, down into the chilies. This is easier less time consuming.
Lay in a casserole dish and cover with sauce.
