Chili with Potatoes
Chili With Potatoes is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

4-quart meat begins to brown on the bottom, add garlic, onion, celery and bell pepper. with meat until well sauteed.
Add tomato sauce, bay stir until boiling.
Add chili powder, salt, pepper water (or beef stock made from cooking soup bones).
Bring to boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes. Add potatoes and parsley, cook 30 more minutes until potatoes are tender.
Seasoning and water may be added according taste. Serve slices
Cheddar cheese, crackers and homemade bread.
