Chili Verde(Green Chili) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork steaks, 1 large onion, chopped, 5 tbsp. flour, 4 c. water and 1 clove garlic, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut fat off steaks.
Cut steaks into bite sized pieces.
Fry until well done.
Remove meat and fry garlic and onion.

Make gravy with drippings, flour and water. Return meat, garlic and onion to gravy with all other ingredients. Simmer.
Add 2 or 3 hot Fresno chilies, if desired.
