Chili Taco Salad
Chili Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown ground beef; pour off fat.
Stir in taco seasoning, can of tomatoes, kidney beans and water.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
For each serving, place generous handful of taco flavored corn chips on a plate or bowl.
Top with hot chili mixture.
Garnish with shredded lettuce, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, etc.
Serves 4 to 6.
