Chili Relleno Bake
Chili Relleno Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 sm. cans green chilies and 2 c. sharp cheese, grated and divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a skillet, brown together the meat, onion and garlic. Grease an 8 inch or 9 inch square baking pan.
Place one can of chilies on the bottom of the dish.
Top with 1-1/2 c. cheese.
Add meat mixture and top with second can of chilies.
Beat together the eggs and flour.
Add milk and seasonings and pour over the meat mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
