Chili(Meatless)
Chili(Meatless) is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 44 minutes. Made with medium onion, chopped, c. green pepper, chopped, c. water, divided, (15 to 16 oz.) great northern beans, rinsed and drained and (15 oz.) navy beans, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large saucepan, cook the onion and green pepper in 1/2 cup water until tender.
Add beans, tomato paste and tomatoes.
Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper and remaining water; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
