Chili Meat Balls
Chili Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 2 tbsp. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine 1/2 of onion, salt and pepper and all of the meat. Make the meat balls; brown them in the Wesson oil with the remaining onion and green pepper.
Drain off the fat.
Sprinkle with chili powder.
Add tomato sauce; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If it's dry, add 1 cup tomatoes or another can of sauce.
Serve with spaghetti.
