Chili-Mac Skillet
Chili-Mac Skillet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain kidney beans.
In a large skillet, cook meat and onion until meat is brown.
Drain fat.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, uncooked pasta, green chilies, chili powder, garlic salt and 1/4 cup water.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring often.
Top with cheese. Cover.
Heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serves six.
