Chili Frito Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fritos, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 2 1/2 c. chili (no beans) and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crush Fritos and put in bottom of baking dish.
Then put in onion and half of cheese.
Spread chili on next.
Top with rest of cheese and Fritos.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
