Chili Con Queso
Chili Con Queso is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. velveeta cheese, chopped, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. jalapeño peppers and 1 large can tomatoes, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute onion in butter.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Add tomatoes and jalapeños (drained, seeded and chopped).
Blend well. Add cumin seed and chili powder; stir constantly when adding powder.
