Made with 1 lb. velveeta cheese (plain), 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 to 2 (14.5 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes (undrained), 1 tbsp. garlic powder or minced garlic and 1 lb. velveeta cheese (mild mexican), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
Drain.
Add chunks of cheese on low heat until it melts.
Add garlic powder and chopped tomatoes with chilies.
