Chili Con Carne
Chili Con Carne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. diced onion, 1/2 c. diced green pepper, 2 c. kidney beans (canned) and 1 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat well and then rinse in colander under hot water to rinse away excess fat.
Put hamburger in large pot and add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Turn fire to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
