Chili Con Carne
Chili Con Carne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown hamburger in oil.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, kidney beans, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.
Mix in 3/4 cup water.
Cover; simmer for 2 1/2 hours or more, until meat is tender.
Add more water as needed. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
(May omit oil.)
