Chili-Cheese Dip
Chili-Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. meat (approximately; round or chuck), 1/2 c. onion, 1 tbsp. oregano, 1 tbsp. garlic salt or to taste and 1/4 c. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown meat; add onion, oregano, garlic salt and chili powder. Add tomatoes last.
Simmer these ingredients for 20 to 30 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water to keep from drying (more if needed).
Add cheese chunks, stirring until melted.
Serve warm with nacho chips.
Better if chips aren't salted.
