Chili Casserole
Chili Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp. oregano and 1 can refried beans (30 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add chili powder, salt and oregano. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Remove from heat.
Spoon half of the beef mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with half the cheese (save 1/2 cup for topping).
Top with half of the tortilla chips.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with saved cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and mixture is bubbly.
