Chili Bean Casserole
Chili Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) bag corn chips, 1 (16 oz.) can chili, 2 c. cooked pinto beans, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers or mild sweet peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread butter in a 3-quart baking dish.
Line the dish with corn chips.
In a saucepan, combine chili and beans.
Heat. Alternate layers of chili beans, onions, peppers, corn chips and cheese.
Put layer of cheese last.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Yields approximately 7 to 8 servings.
