Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 c. green pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp. oil and 2 cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In Dutch oven or a large kettle, saute onion and green peppers in oil for 5 minutes or until soft.
Stir occasionally.
Add beef or turkey; cook slowly until lightly browned.
Stir often, breaking meat apart.
Add in tomato sauce and remaining seasonings.
Cook tightly covered over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Add beans; stir well.
Simmer uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice or use for another favorite, chili dogs.
