Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, 4 medium onions, chopped, 2 bell peppers, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped small or 1/2 tsp. celery powder and 6 oz. tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry hamburger meat and drain well.
Add onions, bell peppers and celery.
Blend well.
Add half of tomato juice and all tomato paste.
Slowly cook for 25 minutes.
Add all herbs, salt, black pepper and rest of tomato juice.
Add enough water to thin out. Turn heat to low and stir regularly.
Let cook for approximately 35 minutes.
Watch carefully; don't let stick.
