Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. ground chuck, 6 tbsp. chili powder, 4 tbsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp. paprika and 2 tbsp. dried onion flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground chuck, then drain all grease from meat.
Add chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried onion flakes and granulated garlic.
Mix thoroughly.
Add tomato juice and stir until it comes to a boil, then turn on low heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
Stir frequently so chili doesn't stick to bottom.
