Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 lb. ground chuck, 1 large pkg. williams chili mix, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 2 pkg. onion mix or 2 onions and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Lightly brown meat.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion mix and chili mix.
Stir. Then add tomato juice and sauce.
Stir and cook slowly about 2 hours, stirring often.
Add beans and red pepper if you want them after about 1 hour.
If you choose to use regular onion, saute and cook with meat.
