Chicken Tortellini Casserole
Chicken Tortellini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortellini, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. monterey jack cheese, 4 chicken breasts, cut up, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 2 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook tortellini; drain.
Roll chicken in flour and brown; set aside.
Cook onion in butter.
Add bouillon cubes, broth, sugar and mushrooms.
Bring to slow boil and cook 5 minutes.
In large bowl, combine tortellini, chicken, mushroom mixture and sour cream.
Toss gently.
Place in lightly greased baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 275Β° for 1 hour.
