Made with 1 (14.5 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce, 1 (10.5 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup, 3 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, coarsely crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend enchilada sauce and soup. Stir in chicken or turkey and onions.
Grease a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with half of the corn chips.
Pour chicken mixture over. Sprinkle with cheese, then remaining corn chips.
Bake in moderate oven at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
