Chicken Shish Kabob
Chicken Shish Kabob is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken nuggets, 3/4 c. pineapple juice, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 3/4 c. oil and 1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce and oil in a baking dish and marinate chicken in the mixture for 3 hours.
Alternate chicken with tomatoes, green peppers, onions and mushrooms on skewers.
Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is cooked through.
To barbecue, cook 5 inches from flame using marinade to baste.
Serve over rice or pasta.
