Chicken Pot Pie I is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. margarine, 1/3 c. chopped onions, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt margarine over low heat.
Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in broth and milk.
Heat to boil; stir constantly.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken and veggies.
Put into pie shell and put top crust on; slit top.
Roll ends under.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Great with turkey leftover meat also.
