Boil chicken; chop up and cover the bottom of casserole dish with chicken.
Put Veg-All on top of chicken.
Bring broth, soups, pepper, salt and eggs to a boil.
Pour this over chicken.
Mix flour, milk and butter and stir well.
Pour this on top for crust.
Bake at 400Β° until brown.
