Place pie crust in pie plate.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
Pour ingredients in pie crust.
Place the second crust on top.
Fold top crust under bottom crust to seal.
Crimp sides and cut slits in top crust.

Cool 10 minutes and serve.
