Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. margarine or butter, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 7 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In pan, melt butter.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
Add broth and stir to mix well.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Stir in chicken, vegetables and pimento.
Heat until once again bubbly. Place biscuits on top of hot chicken mixture and bake at 450Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are light brown.
