Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned, potatoes and carrots, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces, 1 small can sweet peas, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 2 tbsp. corn starch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Save the water the chicken was boiled in to boil the vegetables.
Place all of the ingredients (except corn starch and peas) in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Mix corn starch in 1/2 cup cold water and add to pot as a thickener.
Add small can of peas and salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and pour into 2 of the pie crusts.
Top with 2 remaining crusts.
Cut slits in top for steam to escape.
Bake at 350Β° until tops are brown and filling is steaming hot.
Place on cookie sheet to avoid excess spillage.
