Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped or 2 c. leftover turkey, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (fat free), 1 can chicken broth, 1 c. self-rising flour and 1 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put chicken or turkey on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add mixed vegetables.
In a bowl, mix broth and soup.
Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Mix flour, milk and margarine.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until brown.
