Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and removed from bone (discard skin), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 2 boiled eggs and 2 c. chicken broth (use broth from cooked chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cover 11 x 14 casserole dish with cooked chicken.
Cut up egg and cover chicken.
Combine in bowl, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and poultry seasoning.
Mix well and pour over egg and chicken.
Melt butter and combine with flour and buttermilk.
Stir well and pour on top of casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 400Β°.
