Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped (i use 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/4 c. chicken broth, 1 large (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained and 3/4 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Put chicken over oleo.
Mix soup and broth; pour over chicken.
Pour vegetables over mixture.
Mix milk and Bisquick; pour over pie.
Cook at 425Β° for 25 minutes or until done.
