Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken breasts, 2 c. chicken broth or bouillon cubes, 1 can mixed vegetables, drained, 1 can 1869 brand biscuits and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large pan, melt margarine.
Add flour and make a roux. Stir and add chicken broth and 1 can cream of chicken soup (add water, broth or milk if this is too thick).
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Pour in 9 x 13 pan.
Put uncooked biscuits on top.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
