Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, diced, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 6 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large pot cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles.
Simmer 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
Add noodles and cook 10 minutes longer or until noodles are tender.
Makes about a half gallon.
