Chicken Fajitas
Chicken Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 oz. chicken, cut in strips (approximately 2 breasts), 2 tbsp. orange juice, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 2 tsp. garlic, crushed and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In large bowl combine meat, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, cumin and salt.
Marinate 10 minutes.
In skillet heat oil; add onion, pepper and chicken mixture.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
Serve on flour tortillas with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce and salsa.
