Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Chicken Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 small can chopped green chilies (mild), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease pan.
Mix on stove over low heat the soup, sour cream, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, green chilies and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese.
Grease baking dish.
Chicken inside tortillas and roll up.
Place half of the mixture in baking dish. Add rolled tortillas across pan.
Add the remaining mixture over the tortillas and top with cheese.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
