Chicken Divan(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up, 2 to 3 c. cooked, diced chicken, 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1 c. mayonnaise or lite mayo (do not use fat-free) and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Arrange cooked, drained broccoli in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Place chicken on top evenly.
Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Mix well.
Pour over chicken.
May be refrigerated, covered with plastic, up to 2 days.
