Chicken Creole
Chicken Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1 can mushrooms, 1/2 lb. velveeta, cut up and 1/2 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook chicken in water until tender, bone and cut up.
Reserve broth.
Put celery and onion in broth and cook until tender.
Cook spaghetti noodles and add the chicken along with the onion and celery.
Add mushrooms (drained), pimento and Velveeta.
Place in large casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes three 1-quart casseroles.
