Chicken Chili(Makes 6 Servings) is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/4 tbsp. oil, 1 c. diced onion, 3/8 tsp. minced garlic, 1/2 tsp. cumin and 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oil with first 4 ingredients until onion is al dente. Add chicken.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Add flour to make roux. Cook 5 minutes.
Gradually add chicken broth.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Simmer 30 minutes.
