Chicken-Broccoli Chowder
Chicken-Broccoli Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. betty crocker scalloped potatoes or 1 pkg. betty crocker au gratin potatoes, 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 3 c. water and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese in 3-quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer.
Stir occasionally until potatoes are tender (20 to 25 minutes).

Cover and cook until hot about 5 minutes longer.
