Chicken and Taco Chips Casserole
Chicken And Taco Chips Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 9 taco shells or 12 oz. bag taco chips, 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped, 10 1/2 oz. can condensed chicken and rice soup, 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese and 10 oz. can tomatoes and green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Crush taco shells or chips.
Place layer of chips in bottom of greased 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle layer of chicken over chips. Pour several spoonfuls soup over chicken layer.
Sprinkle with layer of cheese.
Pour several spoonfuls of tomato and green chili mixture over cheese layer.
Repeat layering process until all ingredients are used.
Top casserole with additional grated cheese if desired.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
