Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Chicken And Dressing Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, deboned and cut in large pieces, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. (1 stick) melted margarine or butter and 8 oz. pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stew the chicken with your favorite seasonings and cool, reserving 2 cups of the broth.
Remove chicken from bone and tear in pieces.
Place in shallow 3-quart (9 x 13-inch) baking dish. Combine soups and 1 cup broth and pour over chicken.
Mix margarine or butter and remaining broth; stir in stuffing and spoon over chicken.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes uncovered.
