Cherry Coffee Cake
Cherry Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine margarine and sugar; beat until creamy.
Beat in eggs and sour cream.
Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Gradually add sifted dry ingredients to creamed mixture, beating after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Pour half of the batter into prepared pan; spread with cherry pie filling, then pour remaining batter over pie filling.
