Cherry Cheese Tarts

Line cupcake pan with liners.
Place a vanilla wafers in each liner.
Beat together, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs and lemon juice.
Fill each cup 3/4 full.
Bake 15 minutes in 375Β°F. oven. Cool and spoon pie filling over each tart.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Can be made a day ahead.
Makes 18-20 tarts.
