Cheesy Tuna 'n Rice Muffinlettes
Cheesy Tuna 'N Rice Muffinlettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 (6.5 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked, 3/4 c. black olives, sliced into thirds and 1 tbsp. mccormick/schilling instant chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine rice, green pepper, cheese, tuna, olives, onion, parsley and Season-All.
Stir in eggs and milk, mixing thoroughly. Spray 6 muffin cups with Pam.
Divide rice mixture evenly among cups.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Loosen with spatula and arrange on serving plate.
Serve with Tangy Butter Sauce (below) and enjoy!!
