Cheesy Chili Casserole
Cheesy Chili Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground round, 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (8 oz.) jar process cheese spread and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and onion (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown meat and drain.
Add pepper and onion. Saute. Stir in corn, sauce and chili powder. Add 1/2 cup cheese spread.
Stir until melted. Spread 1 cup meat mixture onto bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with 1 cup chips.
Repeat layering twice. Top with remaining meat mixture.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with remaining chips, tomato and cheese spread.
Bake 5 minutes more.
