Cheesecake Pie
Cheesecake Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. almond extract, 3 eggs and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar and almond extract.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one on low speed.
Beat until blended.
Pour into ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until knife inserted, just off center, comes out clean.
Stir together the sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
Carefully spread atop hot pie.
Cool, then cover and chill until ready to serve.
Once cooled, use any pie filling on top.
