Cheese Potato Soup
Cheese Potato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cheese, cubed (velveeta is a good choice), 3 medium potatoes, diced, 1 medium onion, diced, 1 1/2 c. water and 2 chicken boullion cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, combine potatoes, onions, bouillon and water. Boil for 10 minutes.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Put into blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into bowls and top with bacon bits.
