Cheese Chili with Rice
Cheese Chili With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 c. white rice, uncooked, 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese and 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Soak red beans overnight in cold water.
In a large saucepan, combine tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil.
Brown chuck in frying pan.
Drain grease.
Add to tomato mixture along with both cheeses.
Bring to boil.
Add rice and water.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
