Cheese Cake Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat all together until blended.
Place cup cake liners in pan, then put one vanilla wafer in liner.
Put cheese filling in (2 tablespoons).
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
When cool put one teaspoon filling (cherry pie filling, blueberry pie filling or crushed pineapple) on top.
Makes 12 large or 24 mini cup cakes.
