Cheese Cake Tarts
Cheese Cake Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 1/4 c. sugar and vanilla wafers (nabisco), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Add eggs to cream cheese, one at a time.
Add lemon juice, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Put paper liners in muffin tins.
Put a vanilla wafer in each liner.
Fill each 2/3 cup full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until done.
Cool and top with pie filling.
Can be frozen with topping. Allow about 15 minutes defrost time.
